When one of our AC units went out two weekends ago, their technicians worked some magic to keep our house cool during our daughter's graduation party. Then S&S gave us a great deal on a new unit (our second unit purchased from S&S) and their crew did a great job installing the unit. Just a great company that does great work and employs wonderful people.

Perfect example: the rubber covering was worn and coming off the tubes going to my AC unit. Called to replace it but Sandy said it wasn't necessary and that it wouldn't affect the unit. Here they could have made money off my ignorance but they did the right thing. That's why I gave them a 5.
